With the
announcement of this year's event, Open Standards 2007 is currently seeking speaking proposals on the following
topics, but not limited to:
governance and project management in the standards environment;
techniques for calculating the cost and return on investment of standards;
development techniques for improving the quality and performance of standards-based solutions;
understanding the role of compliance;
creating and managing company or industry group standards.

How to participate
The conference also includes half a day of classroom-style tutorials aimed at
teaching specific skills or methodologies. We are now also accepting submissions for this
tutorial day.
